PCA / Non-Licensed Caregiver
Actively HiringProvide compassionate in-home support to elderly and disabled clients. Assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. No prior experience required — we provide full training.
Requirements:
- No license required — training provided

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Actively HiringProvide hands-on personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and support clients with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Work alongside our RN team to deliver exceptional home care.

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Actively HiringDeliver skilled nursing visits including wound care, medication management, assessments, and care plan development. School nurse placements and home health visits available. Premium rates for experienced clinicians.
Requirements:
- Active Maryland RN or LPN license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong documentation skills
- Home health or community health experience preferred
Renal Care Specialist (CNA/PCT)
Specialized RoleSupport home dialysis patients during treatment sessions. Monitor patient comfort, document observations, and provide companionship and safety oversight during renal therapy. Premium hourly rates for specialized care.
Requirements:
- Active CNA or Dialysis Tech (CCHT) experience preferred
- CDC Dialysis Infection Prevention Certification required (training provided)
- Expertise in renal-friendly meal prep and vital sign tracking
- Compassionate, attentive care approach
Administrative / Office Staff
OpenSupport scheduling, client coordination, billing, and office operations. Ideal for organized, detail-oriented professionals with healthcare administrative experience.
Requirements:
- Healthcare admin experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
