Our Story

CareNexus was founded on a simple belief: home care should never feel transactional. It should feel personal, professional, and built on trust.

After working closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, our founder saw a gap between compassionate care and clinically organized care. Many agencies offered one or the other, but rarely both. Families were often left coordinating care themselves, and caregivers were rarely supported the way they should be.

CareNexus was created to bridge that gap.

We built CareNexus to combine compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence into one standard of care. Our services are RN-supervised, our caregivers are carefully selected and trained, and our care plans are built around the individual, not just the schedule.

CareNexus is not just about clients. We believe that when caregivers are respected, supported, and treated like professionals, they provide better care. That is why we invest in our caregivers, our systems, and our processes just as much as we invest in our clients.
