We assign consistent caregivers to each client. You will not get a different stranger every week. Consistency builds trust, and trust improves outcomes.

Our operations team is reachable around the clock for scheduling changes, emergencies, and care concerns. You are never left without support.
Full Employer Coverage
All caregivers are W2 employees — not contractors. We carry workers compensation, general liability, and professional liability insurance on every shift.
Family Communication
We keep families informed. Care updates, incident reports, and schedule changes are communicated promptly so you always know what is happening.

Does CareNexus accept insurance or Medicaid?
We are currently a private pay agency. Medicaid approval is pending and will be available soon. We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit cards. Some long-term care insurance policies cover private duty home care — we are happy to provide documentation to support your claim.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
No long-term contracts. Services are billed per visit or per week depending on your care plan. You can adjust, pause, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
What is the process for getting started?
It starts with a free consultation call. We learn about your needs, match you with the right caregiver, and have care in place typically within 48 to 72 hours of your first call.
Are your caregivers employees or independent contractors?
All CareNexus caregivers are agency employees — not independent contractors. That means we handle payroll taxes, workers compensation, liability insurance, and background checks. You are fully protected.
Can I request a specific caregiver?
Yes. We work hard to maintain caregiver consistency because we know continuity of care matters. If you have a preferred caregiver, we will do everything possible to honor that request.

We currently serve the greater Baltimore and Maryland area. Renal Specialist Support is also expanding to the Atlanta, Georgia metro area.
