4. Employment Applications
By submitting an employment application through our website, you:
- Certify that all information provided is true and accurate
- Consent to background checks and verification of credentials
- Agree to receive communications regarding your application status
- Understand that employment is contingent upon successful completion of all screening requirements
5. SMS Text Messaging Terms
SMS Use Cases — Description of Message Types
CareNexus Home Care Services LLC uses SMS text messaging solely for the following service-related use cases:
- Transactional messages: Interview scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, shift notifications, clock-in/out alerts, and time-sensitive scheduling changes
- Informational messages: Application status updates, employment onboarding instructions, care visit updates, and important service announcements
- Operational messages: Account-related notifications, compliance updates, and employee/client portal access instructions
Message category: Transactional / Informational. CareNexus does not send promotional, marketing, or advertising SMS messages. All text communications are strictly service-related and directly connected to the care services or employment relationship you have with CareNexus.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from CareNexus LLC for the use cases described above
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services
- Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

- Maintain a safe environment for caregivers
- Pay for services according to the agreed-upon payment terms
- Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible
- Treat caregivers with respect and professionalism
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept private pay, insurance, and Medicaid (where applicable). Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Services provided are non-refundable except in cases of service failure or as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
CareNexus LLC provides professional care services with qualified caregivers. However, we are not liable for medical outcomes, accidents, or incidents beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CareNexus LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of these jurisdictions.
