CareNexus was founded by Myia Butler — the daughter and granddaughter of registered nurses. Healthcare isn't just business to her. It's legacy. Although she grew up in an environment of RNs, Myia quickly realized her true calling wasn't bedside care — it was building the systems that support those who provide it. With a natural operational mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, she chose to focus on the structure, strategy, and leadership that allow caregivers to thrive. Myia believes that when caregivers are supported, families receive better care. Her mission is to create an organization where clinical excellence and operational strength work hand in hand — empowering nurses and caregivers while delivering compassionate, dependable care to every client.
Victoria Grant, RN
Director of Nursing
With 29 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Victoria Grant brings seasoned clinical leadership and deep healthcare expertise to CareNexus. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Victoria has dedicated nearly three decades to delivering quality patient care across diverse clinical environments. As Director of Nursing, she oversees all clinical operations, care planning, compliance standards, and nursing supervision. Her experience ensures that CareNexus maintains the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient-centered care. Victoria leads the nursing team with integrity, precision, and a commitment to excellence.

Director of Operations
